Careers at Kope Medics
Join a specialist care team that values your expertise, invests in your development, and puts the people we support — and the people who support them — at the heart of everything we do.
Why Kope Medics
Why work with Kope Medics
At Kope Medics, we believe that exceptional care can only be delivered by people who feel valued, supported, and genuinely invested in their work. We are not a large, impersonal agency. We are a specialist care provider where every member of the team is known, respected, and developed.
Whether you are an experienced complex care worker, a newly qualified nurse, or someone ready to start a career in care — we offer the training, the support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career in one of London's most respected specialist care teams.
“We do not just hire carers. We build specialists — people who grow with us and with the individuals they support.”

What we offer our team
Competitive Pay
We pay competitive hourly rates for all roles, reflecting the specialist nature of our work and the value we place on our care professionals. Enhanced rates apply for complex care, overnight, and specialist packages.
Specialist Training
Every new team member receives thorough induction training, and condition-specific training is provided for each care package. We invest in ongoing CPD and support staff to develop specialist skills.
Consistent Packages
We aim to offer consistent hours and care packages — not a bank-only model. We match carers to packages that suit their availability, skills, and location.
Genuine Career Progression
We promote from within. Many of our senior care coordinators and clinical leads started as care workers. We have a structured progression pathway and support staff through NVQs, diplomas, and management training.
Supportive Management
Every carer is supported by a named care coordinator and has access to clinical leadership. You are never left to manage complex situations alone.
Values-Led Culture
We take dignity, inclusion, and respect seriously — in the care we deliver and in how we treat our team. We are proud of the diversity of our workforce and the culture we have built.
