We support young adults and Care Leavers transitioning toward independence. We also support people with Learning Disabilities, autistic people, and people with Mental Health needs. Our supported living service bridges the gap to successful adulthood.

We provide a stable foundation for care leavers and individuals managing mental health conditions. Our service is designed to foster resilience, offering emotional support alongside practical help with budgeting, education, and health management.
We provide a safe stepping stone that helps young adults transition from care into independent living with a strong support network behind them.
Every resident has a dedicated key worker to assist them.

Moving into supported living is a major milestone toward independence. We don't just provide a room; we provide a foundation for a fulfilling life. Our service is built on the principle of valuing the people we support, ensuring every individual is treated with utmost respect and dignity.
This is transitional support for young adults, care leavers and asylum seekers moving toward independent living. All homes feature 24/7 staff (as required) and secure access.
We are able to provide a Registered Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse to provide oversight when necessary.

Every placement is tailored to the individual's needs and goals. Our supported living homes are designed to feel like home — safe, welcoming, and purposeful.
Dedicated key worker for every resident
Every person we support has a named key worker who is their consistent point of contact, advocate, and support coordinator.
24/7 staffing (as required) with secure access
All homes feature around-the-clock staffing as required, with secure access to ensure the safety and security of everyone in the service.
Registered mental health/learning disability nurse oversight available
We are able to provide a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to provide clinical oversight when necessary.
Support with budgeting, education and health management
Practical support with everyday independence skills — managing finances, accessing education and training, and managing health appointments.
Emotional support alongside practical help
We recognise that the transition to independence can be emotionally demanding. Our staff provide consistent emotional support as well as practical assistance.
CQC registered and regulated
Our supported living service is delivered under full CQC registration, giving residents, families, and commissioners confidence in our standards of care.
