Each care package is tailored to the individual's specific needs.

Can you support people who use direct payments or personal health budgets?

Yes. We work with individuals managing their own care through direct payments, personal health budgets, or individual service funds. We can adapt our arrangements to suit your funding model and provide the documentation your local authority or NHS commissioner requires.

Are your carers trained in moving and handling for complex physical needs?

Yes. All carers supporting people with physical disabilities receive specific moving and handling training. For packages involving specialist equipment such as hoists, standing frames, or specialist wheelchairs, we conduct individual moving and handling assessments before care begins.

Can you work alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We actively coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other allied health professionals. Where a therapy programme is in place, our carers can support prescribed exercises and activities as directed by the clinical team.

Do you provide 24-hour or live-in care for people with physical disabilities?
